With over 20 years experience as a proofreader, copy-editor and French translator, I have worked on a very wide variety of material from simple business letters and identification papers to detailed legal and technical works. I have an honours degree in linguistics, plus translation and interpreting qualifications (DPSI), and have more recently gained a second honours degree in the physical sciences (to support my hobby of astronomy) with the Open University. I am a member of the Society for Editors and Proofreaders (SFEP).
